My best friend from childhood lives in Ridgecrest. We grow up together and entered the Air force under the buddy system. I stayed in while he seperated. We have been friends for about 60 years. He is one great friend and true American.

I just wanted to comment on how great this site is and how informative. I really enjoy reading the history and comparing old photographs. I am considering moving to Ridgecrest, I must say this is the most comprehensive site I found as far as area pictures and information. Thanks and keep it up!

Mixed memories looking thru the website. I'm BHS Class of '93, my husband, Michael Hargrave is class of '92. We had our first kiss in Rocket Park! It was an adventure growing up there!

I was born and raised at China Lake, left for a couple of years, returned, then left permanently in 1982. Still come back to visit relatives and friends, and participate in the reunions occasionally. Graduated in 1973.
